This is all inclusive of our time, venue space, all equipments, materials, and resources needed for each session.
We provide everything just turn up and let your children have fun interacting and engaging with science in a relaxed environment.
****Our sessions are all hands-on, interactive, inspiring, engaging and educational.

We are an Islington (North London) based science enrichment provider. Proving STEAM based science enrichment club activities to several Islington based primary schools and holiday workshops in Islington & Camden.
We are extending our services to home educated children to allow you to also have access to the same science enrichment workshop clubs we provide to mainstream schools.
Our enrichment science workshops clubs will run during School Term Time only and will be suitable for your home educated children aged 5-11 years and covers STEAM topics. Participate in engaging practical hands-on science activities, interactive, fun, inspiring, and educational science classes.

What is included in our home ed workshop sessions:

Participate in engaging practical hands-on science activities, interactive, fun, inspiring, and educational science classes.

Children get to work and interact with other children in smaller groups.

Classes are in mixed aged groups 5-11 years old and children get to learn from each other, share ideas build confidence as well as becoming independent learners.

**Sometime (dependent on workshop activity) children get to keep what they’ve made home (session activity dependant)

Children can be dropped off or also option for some parents/carers can stay.
Smells and Bangs Science workshop Science club give children aged 5-11 an opportunity to engage with science in a fun, practical hands-on engaging, relaxed approach.
Our sessions are inclusive and everyone is welcome to have a go. Activities are age appropriate and we work in a mix age group, as this also allows children to work together and help each other by sharing knowledge and ideas. Challenge children to link activities to real-life context as well as nurturing a love for science.
Activities help develop children's understanding of scientific processes and encourage the use of appropriate scientific vocabulary.
The sessions helps to build confidence, independence and collaborative group working.
There will be a maximum number of 15 children per session.
