Science party package ideas

We have selections of party packages to choose from. Party idea options to science shows.

Our Science shows include amazing hands on interactive demonstrations, which the young scientist get involved in, plus an awesome fizz, popping explosion.

The themed parties range from slime workshops, chemical reactions, light fantastic, Potions and Magic Wizardry to Forensic CSI.

We are happy to discuss with you any request you might have. We are also open to discussion o providing a bespoke package of a combination of activities from our suggested package ideas. So do get in touch.

If we have to travel (congestion charge, parking).We are based in the London borough of Islington and will charge mileage, congestion charge incurred and parking.

TRAVEL COSTS & PARKING INFORMATION

****Milage charge of 75p per mile for locations more than 4 miles from Tufnell Park, Islington.

We are will consider attending venues / location outside the area we cover please speak to us and we will consider and agree a sperate round trip rate to cover the extra travel time and transport.

Hosts responsibility to make us aware of any parking restrictions, school streets, congestion charge and or provide parking permits as any extra charges incurred will be billed to the host.
​

Where relevant any extra charges incurred such as congestion charge, parking (if no prior arrangement made by host) will be invoiced to host.
Note: Any extra costs incurred due to parking if no prior arrangement by host will be invoiced to host too.
What age are the parties suitable for?
Recommended age by Smells ands Bangs Science parties for 6th birthdays upwards. Our party package option ideas have recommended age range but do get in touch with any questions.

Our parties are age appropriate for age range attending.

Are the Activities safe?
Our science activities are designed to be age appropriate and suitable for young people to do. WE provide safety goggles where appropriate. Children are made aware not to eat anything unless we are making sherbet.
Specific demonstrations will only be demonstrated by our trained science presenter with full PPE.
Our presenters are fully DBS checked and have full public liability insured.

Let us know your preferred date(s), location and venue (include postcode), the age of the birthday child and estimate number of guests.

PAYMENT:
We do not accept cash or cheque payments. Payments will need to be made by bank transfer.

We will require a £100 deposit to secure booking date and time. You will receive the final invoice after the partyas only then the exact amount will be know (any extra cost incurred due to congestion charge, parking (if no prior arrangement by host will be added to final invoice).

All payment will need to be made by bank transfer within 7 days of invoice being sent.

What Can I expect at the party?
​
Once all party guests arrive, name badges given out for guest to write their names and once everyone is ready, the FUN science begins.
The activities depends on the chosen package option. The party will consist of a mix of engaging demonstrations, small group /team experiments and individual activities -dependent on package chosen.
Do you have a venue?
We come to you as we are a mobile service provider and do not have a venue.
Can you make any recommendations?
We can recommend some venues to you in the N19 (should that meet your needs) if you have not found or secured one already or trouble finding a venue, so please do ask.
​
Option for a discounted rate with venue with various hall spaces in the N19 area if you confirm a booking with us and mention us. So do ask us during your booking process.
***FREE invitation can be emailed to you on request to print at home and send to guests.
