Hands-on, best form of investigation, research and learning.
Smells and Bangs Science weekend Science Club give children aged 5-11 an opportunity to engage with science in a fun, practical hands-on engaging, relaxed approach.
Our sessions are inclusive and everyone is welcome to have a go. Activities are age appropriate and challenge children to link activities to real-life context as well as nurturing a love for science.
Activities help develop children's understanding of scientific processes and encourage the use of appropriate scientific vocabulary.
The sessions helps to build confidence, independence and collaborative group working.
There will be a maximum number of 15 children per session.
